The S-Plus 200 is a precision servo driven spin welding system with gear reduction, capable of welding circular parts up to 300 mm with accurate control.
The S-Plus 200 is designed for use in manual, semi-automated, or fully-automated environments.
The side mounted operator interface allows for the following adjustments: revolutions per minute (RPM), revolutions per weld cycle (RPC), and hold time (HT).
Servo drive provides final part orientation to within ±1°.
